Precision Inspection Methods & Full-Process Closed-Loop Quality Control
Zhuhai Jingmu has established a complete quality management system covering precision inspection equipment and standardized testing procedures. From design review, CNC machining, mold assembly, trial molding, sample inspection, to mass production, every stage is strictly controlled to ensure stable product quality and reduce production risks.

DFM Analysis
Before mold development begins, our engineering team conducts professional DFM analysis based on 2D drawings, 3D models, and product requirements. We evaluate mold structure, manufacturability, material selection, and production feasibility to identify potential issues early and optimize the design.
Mold Precision Inspection and Process Control
Multi-stage inspections are conducted throughout the mold manufacturing process, with dimensional verification performed sequentially during CNC machining, EDM, polishing, and mold core assembly. Precision is strictly controlled regarding mold core cavities, inserts, sliders, the fit clearances of guide pillars and bushings, and the mating quality of parting surfaces. Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) as well as surface roughness are rigorously inspected in accordance with technical standards for the low- and medium-voltage electrical switchgear mold industry.
Product Trial & Inspection
After mold completion, we conduct trial molding and comprehensive sample inspection. Product dimensions, appearance, assembly performance, and functional requirements are carefully verified before final approval and delivery.
Finished Product Quality Control
Before shipment, every finished product undergoes strict quality inspection and traceability management. We check product appearance, dimensions, and performance to ensure compliance with customer requirements and provide reliable manufacturing solutions.
